Smart Parking- A New Dimension for Parking Tower

In highly populated cities like Taipei, Tokyo and Shanghai, it is always hard to find a parking space even during non-rush hours. Designer Roberto Deli Lidi proposed a solution that seems to be able to resolve this problem. However, the way the cars are held on to the tower seems unsecure. Even I am scared to park my car onto these towers.
